The 3 Poisons of Judgment

The first poison: Judgment reinforces a belief in I.

The second poison: Judgment creates a barrier between us.

And the third poison: Judgment separates me from myself.

When you hear a human being state, “I have never judged in my life,” you will understand the meaning of love. Only a mind radiating in emptiness can make such a statement.

When Rumi calls, “Come out from behind the wall,” he means the wall of judgments.

    1. Hi Joanne,
That is a wonderful technique and also works for many other ditches: Blane, jealousy, anger. We use it in double, such as Blame Blame, Jealous Jealous etc.
      Thanks for your comment.
